A couple more 18 month pictures. These were taken with the help of Dad, Mom and Craig, so they turned out a little better. The outfit she's wearing is one that I wore when I was 2.
Here is a comparison picture for you...the first one was at about 7 months, the second at 18 months.
36 Weeks...shoot me now. The baby is breech, and not 'engaged'. This means instead of loving her mommy and cuddling up inside, she's just hanging out as far away from me as she can manage. I was actually having really bad cramps in my sides...bad enough to double me over for 10-15 minutes, so I finally went to the doctor to be sure there weren't any organs exploding inside of me or anything. Basically, what is happening is muscle cramps. The baby is so far out front, and her head is pressing up so hard on my right side (I can feel her head sticking out most of the time) that my muscles are stretched to capacity and cramping. Lovely hunh? That should make it fun to get my abs back in shape. I'm actually the same circumference as I was with Brooklyn (48 inches!) but I'm farther out front with this one.
Would anyone like to guess how big the baby is going to be? Brooklyn was 8 pounds two weeks early. I might make a poll out of it to the right.
I finally got my C-Section scheduled, but I'm hoping I don't go that long (it's 5 days before my due date). I'm not going to post the date, in case there are any baby-nappers lurking around.

She sure has some "attitude" going on in the updated hat picture! She's too cute but I'm biased. Gramma M
Little Miss Muffet has a bruised fingernail! How did that happen? Oh, it hurts just to look at it!
I put in my vote for the baby weight!! I think it will be more than what Brooklyn was. I hesistated to tell you that for fear it would make you cry! If it did, I don't want to know!! :)
Thanks for sharing the updates! ALL of her 18 month pics are CUTE! Of course, SHE is too cute!! :o)
How do you get her to stand and sit so perfectly for her pictures? I have never taken a age photo of Lindsy because she is always moving.... I feel kinda bad about it.
Good luck with the c-section...did you have Brooklyn by c-section too?
When I saw the picture of your belly in the green shirt my stomach cramped for you! I remember thinking, "I don't think I can strech anymore than this at 36 weeks."
I will be thinking of you!
Jocelyn, you make me laugh! Fun to check your blog tonight and see a new post! I do feel sorry for you! Hope you are not TOO miserable on this last stretch!
I thought of your family last night when I was walking at the park. There was a group of young girls practicing soccer and two dads coaching. As I walked by the one dad was yelling "go Brooklyn, faster Brooklyn, hurry hurry" :) I thought "that will be Craig in a couple years - coaching Brooklyn's little sports teams!"
I'm glad to see Brooklyn wears some of your old clothes. Hattie has some of mine. They are kinda fun to put on her. WOW! You look as if you are ready for another one. I'm sure you feel like it. Sorry to hear she is such a daddy lover and not mom:)
Looking forward to hearing the news and seeing the new little one soon! Take care till then!

Ouch Joc!! Hang in there...it surely can't be much longer. :)
The 18 month pictures are darling, but Miss Brooklyn always is. Can't wait to meet the new little sis! Take care.
Hang in there...I feel for you! With Andrew I was also so far out and it was so miserable...one person asked me if they should call 911..Ha...I didn't think it was so funny at the time since I was going insane. Good luck and soon enough we will be seeing a posting of a beautiful baby and it will all be worth it. My first 2 are the same distance apart (19 mo.) as your first 2 will be. It's a little crazy but they are good buddies.
